Children 6 months to 10 years count as children. 11+ count as adults. Children under 6 months are free and do not add to the count for children nor adults.

If we cancel due to weather related reasons, you will receive a full refund IF we cannot reschedule you to any available party within 3 weeks (minus $18.50 fee). Reschedule may not be the same time slot as your original party but our goal is to get your child their party.

If we remain open for the day, and you cancel due to weather related reasons, you will not receive a refund.

We try our best to remain open but if the conditions are dangerous for our staff and our customers, we will close. If the party host feels very strongly about remaining open for their party, we are happy to discuss.

Refund Policy for All Party Packages

Cancellations made 90+ days prior to the party date will receive a refund minus 5%.

Cancellations made 60–89 days prior to the party date will receive a refund minus 15%.

Cancellations made 30–59 days prior to the party date will receive a refund minus 25%.

Cancellations made 15–29 days prior to the party date will receive a refund minus 50%.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the party date are non-refundable.

Reschedule Policy

Reschedules made 90+ days prior to the party date are free of charge.

Reschedules made 60–89 days prior to the party date will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Reschedules made 30–59 days prior to the party date will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

Reschedules requested within 30 days of the party date are not permitted unless approved by the owner or manager.
